Agnes J. Kline
Agnes J. Kline, age 92, of Richmond, died Wednesday morning (Aug. 9, 2006) at Golden
Rule-Beverly Healthcare. She was born in Richmond on Dec. 21, 1913, to Michael and Mary
Hoey Toohey and had lived here all of her life. She had worked at the former Atlas
Underwear and Indianapolis Glove companies and was a retired cafeteria employee for
Richmond Community Schools. Agnes was a member of St. Mary Church. Her husband, Elzie
Kline, died in 1977. Survivors include her daughter, Maryann Boswell of Richmond, six
grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Her son, David Kline, and
five sisters are also deceased. Public services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday (Aug. 11,
2006) in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary. Father Eric Augenstein will officiate. Burial will be
in St. Mary Cemetery. There will be no public calling. Memorial contributions may be made
to St. Mary Church, c/o 240 S. Sixth St., Richmond, IN 47374. Arrangements are being
handled by Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary.

Lucille E. Cook
Lucille E. "Toodie" Cook, age 66, of Richmond, died Sunday evening (Oct. 1,
2006) at Reid Hospital. She was born in Richmond on Dec. 18, 1939, to John W. and Marcella
M Koorsen Hoey and had lived her all of her life. She was a graduate of Richmond High
School, had worked for JCPenney Company and was a retired employee of the former Holthouse
Furniture. She was a member of St. Andrew Church and of the YMI. Her husband, John W.
"Jack" Cook, died in 1996. Survivors include daughters, Adrienne Cook (David Van
Fleet) of Michigan City, Ind., Jane Carter (Greg Payne) of Cicero, Ind.; son, John B. Cook
(Sherrie) of Richmond; brother, Nathan Hoey (Becky) of Chandler, Ariz.; grandchildren,
Allison Cook and Lauren Cook. A prayer service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday
(Oct. 5, 2006) in Riggle-Waltermann Mortuary followed by Liturgy of Christian Burial at 1
p.m. in St. Andrew Church. Burial will be in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call on
Thursday (Oct. 5, 2006) from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial
