1918: Daughter Catherine Hoey born. She later marries James Leonard Gormley and have a son James Gormley.

1919: Son Thomas Hoey born. He later marries Evelyn Bannon and they have one child Barbara Hoey.

10 September 1969: Thomas J. Hoey buried at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City, NJ in plot B 239 East at age of 81. Buried in the same plot are son Thomas and wife Anna. Plot also contains family name of Bannon. Headstone with surname Bannon. The Bannon plot was owned by Thomas' in-laws.

1981: Wife Anna L. Hoey dies. Buried at Holy Name Cemetery in Jersey City, NJ.
