1910 Census-524 Central Ave, Harrison, NJ (Parent's house)-Arthur (head), Agnes (wife), Arthur (son), and Helen Elizabeth (daughter).  House rented.  Landlord unknown (Perhaps mother, now Julia Garvey (nee Denney)).

18 October 1911: Sister Mary Agnes Theresa Hoey born.

5 October 1913: Sister Agnes Theresa Hoey born.

Attended Kearny HS completing 11th grade.

1917:  Father opened first Jewelry Store at North 4th Street, East Newark, NJ.

30 August 1917: Brother Charles J. Hoey born.

6 August 1920: Brother William Kenneth Hoey born.

27 September 1923:  Arthur and sister Helen gave their father an inscribed silver locket for his birthday.  Inscribed "To Dad, from Helen and Arthur, 9-27-22, Arthur C, Hoey, Kearny 1050."  This locket was meant to carry travel papers for the Elks club.  The filogris on the interior of the locket says "Hello Bill", the symbol that all Elks are friends and on a first name basis.  Arthur C. Hoey Jr. gave the locket to Charles' son, Arthur Hoey in 1994.
